SALES EXECUTIVE - (Ready-mix / Concrete)

Overview

Job Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Generate both cash and credit sales.
• Promote and sell ready-mix concrete products to contractors, builders, real estate developers, and project consultants.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business through excellent customer service.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client data.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and network meetings to promote the brand.
• Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables as per credit terms.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the accounts department for account reconciliation.
• Resolve billing and payment disputes professionally.

Job Requirements

• **Minimum 4 years of experience in Ready-mix or Construction Industry within Qatar market — Ready-mix or Construction industry experience is a Must.**
• Must be locally available in Qatar.
• With valid transferable visa.
• Qatar Driving License (Mandatory).
• Can join immediately (advantage).
