We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Deputy CEO to serve as a trusted strategic partner, ensuring seamless executive operations and enabling high-level decision-making.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly professional, discreet, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment and is passionate about supporting senior leadership at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Deputy CEO’s complex calendar, appointments, and strategic priorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Deputy CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare executive-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Organize and coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and leadership events.
- Take ownership of meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up execution.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Monitor and track strategic projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare insightful reports to support executive decisions.
- Support cross-functional communication and facilitate collaboration across group companies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, senior leadership, or board members.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to anticipate executive needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional presence, executive maturity, and impeccable judgment.
- Absolute integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
