Showroom Sales Executive

Customer engagement and sales:

Greet customers, identify needs, and provide expert product recommendations from Hansgrohe sanitary collections.

Demonstrate product features, finishes, and benefits, address questions and objections to close sales.

Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and repeat business.

Product knowledge and brand representation:

Stay current on Hansgrohe product lines, specifications, pricing, promotions, and installations.

Educate customers on technology, water-saving features, and design aesthetics to align with project requirements.

Showroom presentation and operations:

Ensure the showroom is neatly organized, well stocked, and visually appealing at all times.

Manage display setups, sample units, and merchandising standards in collaboration with the

store team.

Process orders, quotations, and invoices accurately; coordinate delivery scheduling

as needed.

Customer relationship management:

Build and maintain lasting relationships with contractors, interior designers, architects, builders, and end-users.

Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and referrals.

Administrative and reporting tasks:

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and stock levels; generate weekly and monthly sales reports.

Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and coordination with suppliers.

Collaboration and teamwork:

Work closely with the sales team, showroom management, and procurement to meet targets.

Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
