Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic (Arabic speaker) **Showroom Manager** **to lead our kitchen and closets showroom operations**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the showroom team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily showroom operations and sales activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales and design team
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional client handling
- Monitor inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
- Maintain showroom standards and visual presentation
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare sales and performance reports for management
Requirements
- Proven 5-6 years of experience as a Showroom Manager / Sales Manager in kitchens, closets, furniture, or interior fit-out industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- UAE experience preferred

- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
