Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Showroom Manager** to lead our kitchen and closets showroom operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the showroom team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily showroom operations and sales activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales and design team
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional client handling
- Monitor customer inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain showroom standards, display quality, and visual presentation
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager / Sales Manager in kitchen, closets, furniture, or interior fit-out industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- UAE experience preferred
Salary & Benefits
- 10k-12k (based on experience)
- Attractive sales commission / performance bonus
- Visa and benefits as per UAE Labour Law

- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
