Oversee daily operations of the showroom.
The employer prefers experience in kitchen appliances or a trading company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate sales staff to meet sales objectives and targets.
- Keep the showroom visually appealing and aligned with company standards.
- Provide customer service, resolve complaints, and answer customer questions.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the showroom.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training and support to current staff.
- Organize and coordinate promotional events or sales.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,500–6,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
Requirements
- Experience in kitchen appliances or a trading company is preferred.
