Full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Dubai.
The role serves walk-in and referred customers and sells luxury kitchen appliance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products, demonstrate features, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Maintain sales-system records and coordinate with showroom and logistics teams to support timely deliveries.
- Provide basic after-sales support and contribute to showroom displays and promotions.
- Maintain relationships with interior designers, contractors, and other partners to build brand awareness.
Qualifications and requirements
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including identifying customer needs and closing deals.
- Customer service, active listening, relationship-building, and consultative communication skills.
- Basic product knowledge aptitude and technical understanding, with willingness to learn appliance features.
- Good English communication is required; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage.
- Comfort with point-of-sale or CRM systems, email, and basic office software.
- Retail sales, showroom sales, or home appliances/building materials experience is highly preferred.
- Able to work on-site in Dubai, including weekends or extended hours as needed, and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma required; a business, marketing, or related diploma or degree is beneficial.
