Role Description

The Short Term Rental Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This role is responsible for identifying and securing new property owners and partners, expanding LOMA’s portfolio of luxury vacation homes, and nurturing long-term relationships in the local and regional market.

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential property partners, presenting LOMA’s value proposition, negotiating and closing agreements, and coordinating onboarding of new properties with internal teams.

The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competitive offerings, and collaborating with marketing and operations to optimize pricing, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.

The manager is expected to maintain accurate sales pipelines, prepare performance reports, and represent LOMA at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Relationship management capabilities, with experience in client-facing roles, stakeholder communication, and long-term partnership building.
  • Knowledge of real estate, hospitality, or short-term rental markets, including basic understanding of property management and revenue optimization.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret market data, set targets, and track performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site, conduct property visits, attend meetings across Dubai, and represent the brand professionally.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software to manage contacts, proposals, and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, real estate brokerage, or a similar customer-centric industry is highly beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear performance goals.
