Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing partnerships, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will also require regular interaction with potential clients to promote LOMA’s luxury vacation offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sales, business development, and negotiation
- Experience in market research and identifying new opportunities
- Strategic planning and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with the luxury hospitality or vacation rental industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
- Proficiency in project management and teamwork
