Flamingo Livings is looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and organized
Short-Term Rental Account Manager
to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in hospitality, property management, or vacation homes who enjoys interacting with guests and prospective tenants while delivering exceptional customer service.
As the face of our company, you will be responsible for managing guest relationships, coordinating property viewings, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first enquiry through to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and booking enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure a five-star experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest communications and property updates.
- Assist with administrative tasks and daily office operations.
- Ensure all properties meet Flamingo Livings' quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, vacation homes, property management, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
