Job Title: Technical Maintenance Technician (Dubai)

We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Technical Maintenance Technician

to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in all technical services, AC duct cleaning and the ability to handle maintenance tasks efficiently across multiple properties.

valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance works including
  • AC, plumbing, electrical, painting and repairs
  • Handle day-to-day service requests across multiple properties
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and fast response times
  • Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical maintenance or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of
  • AC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • **Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)**
