About This Role
Job Title: Technical Maintenance Technician (Dubai)
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Technical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in all technical services, AC duct cleaning and the ability to handle maintenance tasks efficiently across multiple properties.
Important: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory . Applications without a driving license will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance works including AC, plumbing, electrical, painting and repairs
- Handle day-to-day service requests across multiple properties
- Diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and fast response times
- Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical maintenance or similar role
- Strong knowledge of AC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
