We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Maintenance Manager
to lead and oversee all maintenance operations across our property portfolio in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a hands-on approach to managing teams and ensuring operational excellence.

valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all maintenance operations across multiple properties
- Lead, train, and monitor maintenance teams and supervisors
- Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance
- Oversee AC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works
- Implement systems to improve efficiency, response time, and service quality
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
- Manage maintenance budgets, reporting, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
- Strong technical background in building maintenance systems
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- **Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)**
