Role overview
Prepare and serve shisha and support a positive guest experience in Jumeirah, Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Prepare shisha, set up equipment and supplies, and maintain consistent quality and presentation.
- Take orders, monitor shisha during service, replace charcoal, and respond professionally to guest requests and feedback.
- Clean and maintain pipes, accessories, equipment, and service areas; follow health and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the service team and maintain stock of flavours, charcoal, and related supplies.
Requirements
- Previous Shisha Maker or Shisha Man experience in a restaurant, café, lounge, or hospitality setting.
- Good knowledge of shisha flavours and preparation techniques; good customer service and communication skills.
- Work efficiently in a busy environment and maintain a clean, presentable appearance.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays; UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,500–3,000 per month; the listing also states AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Jumeirah, Dubai.
