Construction Helpers support daily construction-site activities by assisting skilled workers and performing general labor.
Candidates should be physically fit, willing to work outdoors, and able to follow site safety instructions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist masons, carpenters, painters, and other skilled construction workers.
- Carry and move construction materials, tools, and equipment, and load and unload materials at the site.
- Help mix cement, sand, and other construction materials.
- Maintain worksite cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers and obey site safety rules.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor.
- Willing to work outdoors in a construction-site environment.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous construction-site experience is advantageous.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 1,100–1,200.
- Company-provided accommodation is offered.
- Other benefits are as per UAE labor law and company policy.
Workplace
- Work is in person at a construction site in Dubai, UAE.
