Seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at project sites in Abu Dhabi.
The role requires site supervision, manpower management, and understanding of construction drawings and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Manage and allocate manpower, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor concrete works, blockwork, plastering, masonry, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and report requirements to the site engineer.
- Track daily progress and report delays or site issues to management.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
- Previous UAE experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and site procedures.
- Ability to lead and manage site workers and subcontractors.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Joining immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 7,000 per month, all-inclusive; the advertised pay range is AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
- Other benefits are as per UAE Labour Law and company policy.

- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
