Key Requirements

  • Knowledge:
  • Secondary School Diploma or High School Diploma.
  • Previous work experience in a retail pharmacy or warehouse setting is an asset.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Capable of physical tasks, including lifting up to 40 pounds independently. Carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take direction and work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to learn and use various technology
  • Effective communication, both oral and written; multilingualism is an asset.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy software; knowledge of Kroll is an asset.
  • At least 1 year in a retail pharmacy/hospital setting or 2 years in a fast-paced or assembly line environment.
  • Experience in a specialty pharmacy or warehouse/distribution setting is an asset.
  • Proficient in English oral and written communication.
  • In-depth understanding of dispensing, billing, and shipping processes.
  • Knowledge of various specialty pharmaceutical products and their requirements.
  • Enhanced teamwork, multitasking, and effective prioritization skills.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a deeper insight into the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Our Base Pay Range for this position
  • $39,800 - $66,300
