Business Process Analyst

Role overview

Process design and governance

• Design future-state business processes based on end-to-end business-process understanding and current SAP processes, pain points, and opportunities.
• Own process and solution designs; harmonize conflicting requirements and make enterprise-first design decisions.
• Support SOP governance, process adherence, Fit-to-Standard design, and business-role design.
• Assist with validation, design, testing, and implementation of SOX business-process controls.

Delivery, readiness, and testing

• Identify and address dependencies, impediments, issues, risks, and escalations; coordinate cross-functional decisions and enabling-team support.
• Support change champions, super users, trainers, business readiness plans, cutover tasks, data migration rules, and business continuity planning.
• Provide testing scope input, review testing progress, organize UAT, approve results, and support defect resolution.
• Design post-implementation support, drive deployment readiness, prioritize issues and enhancements, and develop rollout strategy.

Minimum requirements

• Degree or equivalent and typically 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong process-design, facilitation, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of current SAP system processes and end-to-end business processes.

Travel

• Travel is expected 25–50% of the time.

Work arrangement
