Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the custodial, janitorial, commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or environmental services industry strongly preferred. (Other leadership experience considered)
- Demonstrated knowledge of custodial procedures, cleaning techniques, equipment operation, safety practices, and quality standards.
- Strong ability to monitor quality, maintain performance standards, and ensure contract requirements are consistently met.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate staff, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. vertically and 25 lbs. horizontally
- Ability to carry required weights up to 100 feet
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, crouching, and kneeling
- Ability to push, pull, drag, and move equipment
- Ability to climb up and down multiple flights of stairs
- Must maintain mobility, vision, and dexterity appropriate for custodial duties
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the custodial, janitorial, commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or environmental services industry strongly preferred. (Other leadership experience considered)
