The Center for People with Disabilities, Qatar, seeks a compassionate and dedicated Shadow Teacher for its multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students with disabilities.
- Assist teachers in implementing learning activities and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Promote students’ communication, social skills, independence, and overall development.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, specialists, and parents to support student progress.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with children with disabilities is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, patience, and empathy.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 1.00–QAR 2.00 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
