The position works across a regional retail and distribution environment on eCommerce, payments, order management, CRM, and middleware.
Key responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder discovery and define end-to-end requirements for commerce and mobile capabilities.
- Produce process flows, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery documentation.
- Map commerce and operational journeys, and analyse dependencies across platforms, APIs, middleware, payment services, OMS, WMS, CRM, and third parties.
- Assess current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to scalability, usability, and control.
- Support backlog refinement, Agile ceremonies, UX collaboration, test preparation, UAT, defect analysis, release validation, and delivery documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a comparable discipline.
- Several years of business analysis experience in eCommerce, digital products, retail technology, or related environments.
- Practical Salesforce Commerce Cloud analysis and delivery experience; strong understanding of online retail processes.
- Knowledge of integrations involving APIs, middleware, order and warehouse management, CRM, and payment providers.
- Exposure to mobile app delivery across iOS and Android and Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Experience producing business analysis documentation and supporting UAT, defect triage, release validation, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Working proficiency with Jira, Confluence, process-mapping applications, or comparable tools; strong communication and structured problem-solving.
