Strengthen delivery discipline across Agile teams supporting technology initiatives in a complex retail and distribution environment.
Coordinate delivery from planning through deployment with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Assurance, and business stakeholders.

Delivery and facilitation
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily Scrum, reviews, retrospectives, refinement, and other Agile forums.
- Apply Scrum, SAFe, and complementary Agile practices in a way suited to delivery context.
- Track workstream progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, impediments, and decisions.
- Prepare and support PI Planning, clarify objectives, map dependencies, and monitor commitments.
- Coordinate regression testing, release planning, deployment readiness, cutover dependencies, communications, and follow-up.
- Use delivery measures to support informed action and improve predictability and flow.
- Resolve blockers, manage scope changes transparently, and drive continuous improvement.
- Report progress, risks, business impact, and decisions needed.
Experience and qualifications
- Several years as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Iteration Manager, or in a closely related delivery role.
- Practical knowledge of Scrum, Agile delivery, and SAFe, including PI Planning.
- Experience supporting cross-functional technology teams through planning, execution, testing, and release.
- Working knowledge of regression testing, defect lifecycle management, release governance, and deployment readiness.
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and impediments across multiple teams or workstreams.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable platforms and delivery metrics.
- A degree in IT, business, engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous; equivalent professional experience is considered.
