Job Description

Milestone Technologies is actively seeking a full-time ServiceNow Technical ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on platform experience to design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in at least one primary platform domain , hold relevant CIS certification , and demonstrate experience contributing to at least one enterprise-grade implementation or deployment .

This role requires strong platform engineering discipline , adherence to ServiceNow best practices (CMDB integrity, upgrade safety, scoped app architecture) , and the ability to collaborate across functional and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Minimum 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development/implementation experience

Demonstrated contribution to at least one end-to-end ServiceNow deployment (greenfield or major expansion)

Practical experience in at least one primary ServiceNow domain , such as: IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Operations Management (ITOM) Customer Service Management (CSM) HR Service Delivery (HRSD) SecOps / IRM / GRC
