Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business-user requirements into specifications and business functionality; document workflows and obtain user sign-off.
• Design and run test plans to check that requirements and functional specifications are implemented and meet ROI objectives.
• Support technical teams with application architecture and business functionality requirement statements.
• Communicate business goals to technical teams, manage expectations, and define satisfaction metrics.
• Analyze business objectives, recommend strategies and process innovations, and identify enhancements and new requirements.
• Track ServiceNow updates and recommend upgrades; coordinate with application analysts and programmers as needed.
• Maintain operating procedures and standards manuals, train users on improved systems, and present recommendations to management.
• Identify policies and procedures that require change and recommend updates; help negotiate stakeholder priorities and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, technology, computer applications, or business administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of project management experience and ServiceNow IRM or VRM module configuration or administration experience.
• Experience with SDLC, client requirements analysis, and system design.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is marked as a must-have certification.

Preferred certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and other ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• CISA, CISM, and ISO 27001 are preferred.
• Business Analyst certification or equivalent is listed.
