🌟 About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture and design of a greenfield ServiceNow Employee Centre implementation—an enterprise-wide omni-channel platform.
You will act as the technical design authority, ensuring scalability, governance, and long-term sustainability across IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement domains.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow enterprise architecture
- Establish governance, standards, and upgrade-safe configurations
- Lead integration architecture with Oracle Fusion and Saviynt IGA
- Own CMDB, service taxonomy, and environment strategy
- Drive security, compliance, and risk management
- Act as technical authority in vendor-led implementations
- Ensure long-term operational sustainability and platform success
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of ServiceNow experience
- Proven greenfield enterprise implementation expertise
- Strong experience with API integrations & IntegrationHub
- Experience with Oracle Fusion / IAM tools (Saviynt, SailPoint)
- Deep understanding of identity lifecycle & governance
- ServiceNow Certified System Architect (preferred)
