Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), CMDB, and system integrations.
The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring accurate asset tracking and seamless data flow between systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on ITAM and CMDB modules.
- Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., ERP tools like SAP).
- Design workflows, business rules, and scripts to support asset lifecycle management.
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy, governance, and reconciliation processes.
- Work with APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration tools for data exchange.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of ITAM and CMDB modules.
- Experience with integrations and API development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Understanding of ITIL processes
