We are looking for a
driven and ambitious Project Manager
with
1-2 years
of experience
,
who is ready to step up, take ownership, and grow quickly within a fast-paced delivery environment.
This is not a “status reporting” role.
You will be trusted to
own projects end-to-end
, work closely with customers and technical teams, and play a key role in shaping how delivery is executed at RAQMEA.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Someone who
- takes initiative instead of waiting for direction
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured thinker with the ability to solve problems proactively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience in IT or digital project delivery
- Exposure to ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own delivery of projects from initiation to completion
- Drive timelines, manage risks, and ensure accountability across teams
- Work closely with stakeholders to align on priorities and outcomes
- Support delivery in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Use tools like MS planner, ServiceNow SPM for project management
- Identify gaps and proactively improve ways of working.
