Overview

This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while working alongside experienced consultants, developers, and architects.

The successful candidate will receive structured training, mentorship, and exposure to enterprise digital transformation projects across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ServiceNow implementation and support projects under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in gathering and understanding business requirements.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using low-code and standard platform capabilities.
  • Support the development of workflows, forms, catalog items, and reports.
  • Assist with testing activities, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic platform issues.
  • Support integrations with other systems under the supervision of senior developers.
  • Prepare project documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
  • Participate in project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Learn and follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
  • Continuously develop technical and functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in cloud platforms, digital transformation, and enterprise applications.
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts and databases.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or other programming languages is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and obtain ServiceNow certifications.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship experience in software development or IT support.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow through university projects, self-learning, or training programs.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus but not required.
