Role Overview
Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CLM Consultant with hands-on Contract Lifecycle Management experience and a banking or financial services background.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow CLM solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and automation.
- Manage contract creation, review, approval, execution, renewal, and termination.
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
- Use Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST or SOAP APIs.
- Support data migration, testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CLM.
- Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and customization.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Notifications.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience with data migration and testing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certification is a plus.
