Service Engineer role based in the employer’s GCC office in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Provides client technical support and installs and maintains equipment, with remote and on-site assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients, including phone-based remote assistance and client visits.
- Install, set up, and maintain Frontier Pitts equipment and other technical equipment.
- Train clients in equipment operation and maintenance.
- Review project progress and assist with project technical requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, and conduct performance tests.
- Travel to client sites, respond to emergency service requests, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain service activity and repair records; prepare and submit service reports and documentation.
- Manage spare-parts and tool inventory.
- Upsell additional material to existing clients and support customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to resolve issues and improve service processes.
- Provide client feedback to product development teams and stay up to date with industry developments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in service engineering, field service, or technical support.
Work location
- The job states that the work location is in person and includes travel to client sites.
