Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Service Desk Officer / Receptionist.
The role involves greeting clients and visitors, managing scheduling and appointments, handling incoming calls and correspondence, and providing support for administrative tasks and operational needs.
The Service Desk Officer / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the organization, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all while maintaining functionality and efficiency of the service desk operations.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to professionally interact with clients, customers, and staff.
- Administrative skills such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, and problem-solving to ensure efficient operations.
- Proficiency in using office software and technology, including email systems, scheduling applications, and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English communication is required.
- Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or customer service are an advantage.
