Service Crew - Gelato Concept
About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly attitude
- Scoop and serve gelato according to brand standards
- Take orders and process payments through POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
- Refill display, monitor stock, and assist in daily operations
- Provide menu recommendations and explain gelato flavors
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B or café is an advantage
- Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
