- Able to take orders accurately and professionally
- Good communication skills

- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Can understand customer needs and handle requests smoothly
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers professionally
- Take orders correctly using POS system
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service area
- Handle customer inquiries politely
- Coordinate with baristas and kitchen team
- Ensure customers enjoy a luxury café experience
Preferred:
- Experience in specialty coffee cafés
- English speaking (Arabic is a plus)
