Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly **Service Crew** to join our entertainment team.
The role involves assisting guests, operating games, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate arcade games, rides, and attractions safely.
- Explain game rules, pricing, and offers to guests.
- Monitor gaming equipment and report technical issues.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the gaming area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company SOPs.
- Support team members during peak hours.
Requirements
- **Previous experience in an arcade, entertainment centre, or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.**
- Retail experience preferred
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Energetic, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- **Must be available to work assigned shifts as per the schedule**
- Basic cash-handling knowledge
- Ability to stand for long hours
