Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily service requests and assignments.
- Communicate with customers about service appointments, job status, and completion updates.
- Coordinate with technicians, drivers, and operations to ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain service schedules, job sheets, work orders, and related documentation.
- Monitor pending, completed, and delayed jobs; update job details in the relevant system or Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve service issues; follow up on jobs, spare parts, approvals, and other requirements.
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare daily or weekly reports for management.
- Coordinate with accounts about completed jobs, supporting documents, and billing requirements.
- Handle and escalate customer queries and support daily operations administration.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in service coordination, operations, logistics, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; strong organization and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; able to multitask across multiple service requests.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good written and spoken English.
- UAE experience and knowledge of local operations are an advantage.
