New Service Charge Project Manager role at Two Rivers Housing, focused on redesigning how service charges are managed.
The role aims to deliver transparent, customer-focused services that meet customer needs and provide value for money.
Responsibilities
- Lead the service-charge redesign project through completion while ensuring day-to-day services continue effectively.
- Work with colleagues to design customer-centred services and ensure customer feedback is heard and acted on.
- Review and modernise existing processes and personalise the organisation’s approach to service charges.
- Advise on service-charge matters to help deliver high-quality services and value for money.
- Work with customers, colleagues and contractors to embed changes.
- Manage new or changed service charges and contracts with a focus on customer engagement and strong service outcomes.
- Manage project planning and governance, including budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and change.
What you’ll bring
- Strong service-charge expertise and a sound understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and relevant best practice; housing experience is ideal.
- Experience leading projects in customer-focused environments; social housing experience is preferred.
- Stakeholder engagement skills, including building trust, influencing decisions and working across internal and external groups.
- Experience supporting change and transformation and helping teams adopt new ways of working.
- Excellent adaptable communication, sound analysis, practical problem solving and constructive challenge.
- Strong project planning and governance, including budget, risk, issue, dependency and change management.
- Track record improving processes, efficiency, customer outcomes and value; organised and adaptable approach.
