Service Charge Accountant

Key Responsibilities
- Issuing of demands for service charges and ground rents
- Managing one key client and the associated portfolio of high net worth leaseholders
- Entering and maintaining annual budgets for service charges
- Chasing arrears and progressing legal action against defaulters
- Dealing with legacy issues and disputes
- Bank reconciliation
- Collection and monitoring of management and administration fees
- Supporting the Central London team of Block managers
Skills
- Honest and reliable

- Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent literacy and numerical skills
- Good knowledge of Word and excel
- Detailed knowledge of Propman would be an advantage
