Requirements
- High attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Punctual, professional, and well-presented.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and software as required.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Desirable Knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar CAD software) - training will be provided. Knowledge of Photoshop/Lightroom.

Responsibilities
- Create and edit detailed floor plans using AutoCAD, including lease plans, domestic, commercial and fire risk assessment floor plans.
- Ensure all floor plans meet internal quality standards and client requirements.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily KPI targets and agreed project volumes.
- Liaise with external contractors or design firms to ensure their deliverables meet the company & standards.
- Collaborate with the photography team to ensure floor plans integrate well with property marketing materials.
- Take on additional design work as required including:
- Photo editing.
- Telephone/Email.
- Quality Control for other design assets.
