Coordinate customer vehicle intake and delivery, connecting customers with workshop and repair teams.
Support customer satisfaction, service targets, profitability, and effective workshop utilization.
Responsibilities
- Receive and deliver vehicles according to service policies and procedures.
- Follow up with workshop teams to achieve labor and service targets and meet delivery commitments.
- Evaluate vehicles, determine customer needs, communicate repair requirements, and obtain customer approval.
- Support profitability through repair discussions, discount negotiation, accessory sales, and KPI achievement.
- Clarify repair scope, prepare damage and repair calculations and cost estimates, and discuss them with customers.
- Track job orders, deadlines, and parts; check that agreed repairs are completed and recorded correctly.
- Promote safety rules for equipment, instruments, and products.
- Maintain customer relationships, address concerns, and share technical information to encourage repeat service.
- Prepare reports on vehicle volumes, downtime, repairs, technical failures, and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with customers, the department manager, and service team to support satisfaction and workshop utilization.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5–6 years of customer care and operations experience in an automotive workshop environment.
