Execute passenger car ordering for Western Motors’ Jeep and Fiat passenger cars and Ankai buses so customers receive vehicles on time and to required specifications.
Perform sales administration activities to support smooth operations.
Order planning and forecasting
- Prepare monthly rollout reports showing forecast order quantities and stock levels.
- Participate in order quantity negotiation meetings with regional sales management and local sales leaders.
- Place approved orders and check final order sheets against approved order plans and rollout reports before uploading to the principal’s system.
- Forecast orders using prior stock turnover, market trends, selling targets, and stock on hand or in process.
Logistics and administration
- Coordinate shipment receipt and clearance to support timely processing and avoid port penalties.
- Coordinate marine insurance with finance and customs formalities with the carriage and freight team.
- Coordinate sales backup documents, obtain fleet account numbers, and update closed-sale data for fleet incentive or discount claims.
- Update approved sales invoices and verify documentation, prices, discounts, and profit margins against approved deals.
Systems and reporting
- Update Autoline with stock received from port to provide visibility to sales and management.
- Generate daily retail and invoice reports for management, the principal, and other parties.
Qualifications and experience
- Secondary school education certificate.
- Diploma in business, mechanical studies, or equivalent is preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of inventory or order management experience in the automotive industry.
