Drive sales growth in food and beverage, particularly catering, by building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Sales and client development
- Develop sales strategies and plans to grow catering and food service business.
- Identify potential clients and target market segments, and create actionable plans to expand the client base.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients; conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Respond to client queries and seek timely, satisfactory resolution.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and market analysis.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends for potential growth areas.
Coordination, research, and contracts
- Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to support catering service execution.
- Work with marketing on promotional activities and communicate customer requirements across departments.
- Research customer needs and emerging F&B and catering trends; provide insights on pricing, menus, and service improvements.
- Negotiate and finalize client contracts in line with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of sales experience; F&B or catering industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- B2B sales experience is an advantage.
