About the Role

Vehicle Readiness and Launch Support

• Inspect vehicles entering the depot and assign the appropriate action.
• Ensure vehicles meet launch-ready standards before each shift and complete required checks and sign-offs.
• Support autonomous vehicle software updates and readiness checks.
• Use operational systems to monitor vehicle states, log tasks, and communicate team updates.

Fleet Operations and Logistics

• Arrange, manoeuvre, and transit vehicles as required, including charger setup and charging cycle management.
• Respond to operational requirements while prioritising safety and fleet availability.
• Maintain vehicle lifecycle data.

Standards and Compliance

• Maintain vehicle presentation and depot cleanliness in line with Moove AV and UAE standards.
• Complete daily reports, checklists, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Uphold safety standards and escalate issues that do not meet requirements.

Shift and Team Contribution

• Work rotating morning, evening, and overnight shifts on a six-days-on, one-day-off schedule.
• Follow standard operating procedures and support team efficiency and operational throughput.
• Adapt to schedule changes based on operational needs.

Position Requirements

• Hold a valid UAE driving licence that is at least one year old.
• Be comfortable with modern applications, digital systems, and communication platforms.
• Respond quickly and calmly in changing, high-pressure, or fast-paced situations.
• Demonstrate strong time management and reliability.
• Be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Be fluent in English.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior autonomous vehicle experience is advantageous.
