Eggs Up Grill is home to the whole neighborhood and has been serving smiles for more than 25 years.

The aromas of freshly brewed coffee, savory bacon and hand-cracked, farm-fresh eggs and juicy burgers on the griddle, and warm, attentive team members will make you feel right at home.

Eggs Up Grill is hiring servers for our brand-new location, in the Shops of Forest Hill, on Poplar Avenue, in Germantown.

We are committed to providing a next-level experience every single time!

Our servers are the face of our business and enjoy the responsibility of serving as the primary point of contact between the guests and the restaurant.

Strong experience in a serving position is key, but a willingness to learn, understand and apply our approach to hospitality is the most important factor.

A smile and a good attitude are a great start for this role, we can work together on the rest.

• Have a full understanding of all menus, recipes, portion sizes & ingredients to answer questions and suggestively sell.
• As the last person to check the food before it is presented to the guest, make sure the order is perfect every time.
• Regularly check tables for any needs and drink refills. Pre-bus whenever possible.
• Throughout the day, help the other servers run food, refill drinks, add checks, bus tables, clean, keep condiments full & any other guest experience-related task, as needed.
