Kitchen Manager

• Lead and supervise back-of-house team members

• Maintain consistent food quality, ticket times, and presentation

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, line management & food prep

• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation compliance

• Manage inventory, food cost control, and weekly truck ordering

• Train and develop new back-of-house team members

• Work closely with the GM to support business goals and guest satisfaction

• 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience (breakfast experience is a plus but not required)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Reliable, organized, and focused on teamwork and food quality

• Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays when required (but never nights)
