Join AtkinsRéalis' Dubai office as a Senior Wet Utilities Engineer supporting multidisciplinary infrastructure projects for clients across the GCC.
Work includes planning, designing, and engineering wet utilities networks, including water, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, firefighting, sewage collection, pumping stations, and reservoirs.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance on large multidisciplinary infrastructure project delivery.
- Support multidisciplinary bids with a focus on what is needed to win.
- Develop existing client relationships, secure repeat business, and identify additional business opportunities.
- Report on project performance.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
- Provide technical expertise on large engineering projects.
- Support designs and budgets and drive projects from tender through delivery.
- Build internal and external networking relationships.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and registration in SCE.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role or project.
- Currently based in the UAE with significant GCC project experience.
- Strong interpersonal, technical writing, and communication skills.
- Able to process paper and electronic documents, use computer equipment, communicate clearly, and visit project sites if necessary.
- Able to assemble and analyze data.
Preferred software experience
- Experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, InfoWorks, SWMM, Storm/Sewer/Water CAD, or Revit/BIM is a plus.
