Contract and salary

Qualifications
- At least six years of visual design experience for web or apps; agency experience is preferred.
- Diverse portfolio of distinctive, high-quality work.
- Ability to express concepts through hand sketches, digital comps, rapid prototyping, or 3D rendering.
- Fluent with multiple design tools, including Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborative approach and ability to mentor design, copy, UX, and development teammates.
- Proven graphic design and web art direction for major-brand marketing, with strong interactive creative development knowledge and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Conceive and execute visual creative direction; review work with the creative team, gather feedback, and ensure alignment.
- Direct interactive projects from concept through prototyping and develop innovative designs and experiences that meet assignment objectives.
- Translate campaign identity into cohesive design systems with consistent craft and quality across touchpoints.
- Solve conceptual problems with writers, UX designers, creative technologists, and developers; present design rationale clearly.
- Communicate effectively with creatives and product managers.
- Support production handoff into localization and deployment pipelines across regions, coordinating with localization and production teams.
