Senior Videographer + Editor

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Produce video content from concept through final edit.
• Film interviews, behind-the-scenes content, promotional material, digital ads and YouTube series.
• Set up lighting and audio, and shoot footage in studio and on location.
• Edit content for social, paid channels and owned media platforms.
• Collaborate with the Head of Content, marketing strategists and creative team.
• Manage video assets and support scripting when needed.
• Monitor platform trends and visual best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong video editing and production skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or Final Cut Pro.
• A showreel or portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial work.
• Confidence with cameras, lighting and audio equipment in studio and live environments.
• Strong attention to detail, storytelling instincts and understanding of brand tone and pacing.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple edits across different formats.
• Team-first approach with willingness to learn, collaborate and take creative direction.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and what makes content successful on each.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion graphics, sound design or colour grading is advantageous.
