We are seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Director to lead large-scale strategic transformation initiatives across a complex real estate portfolio.
This role will be responsible for driving organisational change, operational excellence, technology adoption, and business process improvement to support long-term growth and performance objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership, operational teams, investors, and external stakeholders to develop and implement transformation strategies that enhance efficiency, profitability, customer experience, and overall business performance

- esDevelop and execute enterprise-wide transformation strategies aligned with organisational objective
- s.Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement, growth, and innovatio
- n.Lead business transformation programmes across property management, asset management, facilities management, development, and corporate function
- s.Manage communication plans and executive reporting throughout transformation programme
- s.Review and optimise business processes, workflows, and operational structure
- s.Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service delivery, cost efficiency, and scalabilit
- y.Lead operational reviews and performance improvement initiative
- s.Oversee the implementation of digital transformation projects and technology platform
- s.Partner with technology teams to enhance data management, reporting, automation, and analytics capabilitie
- s.Drive the adoption of PropTech solutions and innovative technologie
- s.Direct multiple transformation projects simultaneously across various business unit
- s.Manage programme budgets, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation plan
- s.Establish governance frameworks and ensure effective programme oversigh
- t.Report progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and board-level stakeholder
- s.Build strong relationships with senior leaders, investors, partners, and external consultant
