• esDevelop and maintain comprehensive project cost control systems and procedure

• s.Review contractor valuations, change orders, variation claims, and payment application
• s.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Commercial Teams, Finance Departments, and external consultant
• s.Ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting across multiple development project
• s.Support procurement activities through budget reviews, tender evaluations, and commercial assessment
