Senior Training Analyst

Role overview

Work arrangement

• The position is described as hybrid and largely remote.
• Travel may be required for up to 25% of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead training needs analysis, curriculum development, and DSAT-compliant delivery.
• Manage stakeholders, suppliers, subject-matter experts, engineers, and OEMs throughout programme delivery.
• Provide project reports, presentations, and status updates to customers and management.
• Support procurement, planning, and delivery to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Coach and mentor analysts while driving curriculum change and continuous improvement.
• Research emerging learning technologies and represent the business at industry events.
• Resolve customer issues and champion EHS compliance across activities.

Required experience

• Demonstrated advanced DSAT experience.
• A consultative approach and customer relationship skills.
• Experience presenting to management and senior leaders.
• Written and oral communication skills.
• Experience using MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with blended learning programmes and Learning Management Systems.

Desirable experience and qualifications

• Working knowledge and understanding of the ADDIE cycle.
• eLearning development and graphics development applications.
• Strategic and conceptual thinking skills, and interest in current adult learning practices.
• Qualification or practical experience in Instructional Systems Design, Human Performance Technology, Adult Education and Training, Human Factors Engineering, Industrial/Process Engineering, or a related area.
