The Configuration Management and Data Management organization maintains product configuration control and supports engineering, program offices, and customers.
The Effectors Configuration Management department seeks a Senior Configuration Analyst.
The role is onsite in Huntsville, Alabama, United States.
Configuration management duties
- Perform configuration identification, control, verification, and status accounting for systems and equipment.
- Implement engineering document changes and coordinate change data with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and data-control teams.
- Assist with configuration audits, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain compliant product baselines and accurate data across systems.
- Support configuration and change control across engineering, operations, and supply-chain teams; improve processes and tools.
- Complete configuration tasks on schedule and support program milestones and health metrics.
Qualifications
- A university degree in business management, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience; configuration management experience is preferred. In lieu of a degree, 6 years of professional experience are required.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for clearance.
- Configuration management knowledge, collaboration skills, problem solving, and technical data or records review experience are preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- The stated salary range is USD 68,900 to USD 131,100; the posting does not specify a pay cadence.
